WELCOME

I'M TALA ... AND THIS IS MY STORY

For years, I wondered what my true passion was, and three years ago, I found it when I began my personal development journey. It all started with a self-help book, and to my surprise, I couldn’t put it down. This was pretty unexpected because I hated reading and wasn’t a fan of literature in school. But day by day, I got more and more into it. Eventually, I started thinking about how I could use this new passion to make a difference, and that’s how the idea for this blog was born.

Your mind is where it all begins. It’s a program that stores every experience since childhood, and now, you get to choose how to program it. It’s the only thing that differentiates us from all other beings on this planet, allowing us to visualize and imagine realities beyond the present. Your mind can either be your greatest asset or your worst enemy. Which will it be?

I came across PowerYouHold a while back and read the post on Transforming Your Life with Good Habits. The way the blog communicates its insights completely changed the way I approach my day! By becoming more aware of how I spend my time and focusing on my good vs bad habits, I feel a lot more accomplished and closer to my goals by the end of each day.

Thank you for this great read! I honestly do struggle to read books because I constantly feel like I’m unable to resonate or apply the information to real life. Your blog posts have made this journey for me a lot easier and especially this one because it clearly provides guidelines and considers unusual point of views. Please keep sharing your thoughts and stay being true and raw in your writing, it helps many of us!

The best way I can describe how it feels to visit this blog is how you step foot into a spa and instantly feel the tension and worry lift off for a certain period of time. It addresses the harsh truths that everyone has to eventually face. My personal favorites are the ways to embrace vulnerability and setting boundaries without offending others, as both of these topics are things I have been recently working on. I hope you keep going and keep sharing your stories throughout your own journey.

Coming from someone who also found journaling very helpful from time to time, It’s refreshing to see a post that dives into the subject with such genuine enthusiasm.
Journaling is certainly a very underrated tool and in this post you wonderfully explained how powerful it can be; the addition of statistics and studies to support your points makes it clear and undeniable. It’s great to see strong research and thoughtful insights come together in one place.
